Leading London is an awards scheme that picks out the undergraduates in the capital who are destined to be the future leaders of the business world and provides them with career opportunities with leading London employers.

We think that the people best placed to pick out the high fliers at post-1992 London universities are the tutors and students on campus themselves. So every year we run a survey to unearth final year students who are bright, commercial and ambitious. All the nominees from the survey then get interviewed and selected by FreshMinds Talent, a recruitment consultancy that specialises in working with the top 2% of graduates from across the UK.

Only the best of the best are selected as winners. And that group of future leaders earn the chance to meet top employers at the scheme’s prestigious flagship event, to get training on CV writing and interview technique from FreshMinds, and to join an alumni network of like-minded extraordinary people.
